Designed initially as a sanctuary for his daughter and inspired by her needs, the green house now stands as a symbol of hope and healing for families living with disability. “It’s hard to find a space like this,” Ricky says, referring to the calming atmosphere, sensory-friendly design, and natural beauty that fills the space with life and peace.

 

The structure blends nature with purpose — from indoor plants and calming lighting to thoughtful accessibility features. Word of mouth has spread quickly, and now, dozens of families are asking how they too can access this unique haven. While not open to the public yet, Ricky is exploring how to expand the concept or build more spaces like it across the region.
