The Penrith Panthers and Wests Tigers have confirmed their final 17s ahead of their Round 21 clash, with both sides making some late changes that could impact the contest.

 

For the Panthers, James Fisher-Harris has been ruled out with a minor calf strain, replaced in the starting lineup by Lindsay Smith. Matt Eisenhuth comes onto the bench. Sunia Turuva has recovered from a hamstring issue and reclaims his spot on the wing, pushing Jesse McLean out of the side.
