BREAKING‼️: Ward Family Files Explosive New Lawsuit Against Tony Stewart & Canandaigua Motorsports…Read more 👇

In a stunning turn of events nearly a decade after the tragic 2014 incident that shook the racing world, the family of the late Kevin Ward Jr. has filed a new lawsuit against NASCAR legend Tony Stewart and Canandaigua Motorsports Park. The civil suit, filed in New York State court, alleges wrongful death, negligence, and reckless conduct on the part of Stewart and the racetrack operators during the sprint car race that led to Ward’s death.

According to legal filings, the Ward family claims new evidence reveals Stewart acted with “intentional or grossly negligent disregard for safety” when his car struck the 20-year-old driver, who had exited his vehicle during a caution lap. The lawsuit also argues Canandaigua Motorsports failed to enforce proper safety protocols that could have prevented the fatal incident.

This new legal action follows years of litigation, including a prior wrongful death suit settled out of court in 2018. Stewart, who was not criminally charged at the time, has yet to issue a public statement on the renewed case.

Legal experts say the outcome could have significant implications for racing safety standards and track liability moving forward.
