The 17-year-old Maine native has invested $3.3 million of his NIL earnings to purchase and renovate a historic property in his home state, transforming it into a safe haven for homeless and at-risk youth.
The project, dubbed Flagg House, will offer shelter, meals, counseling, and educational support for young people in need. Flagg, who has quickly become one of the nation’s top basketball prospects, says the initiative is personal. “I grew up here. I’ve seen kids struggle with things no one their age should face. I want to give them hope—and a home,” he shared.
Flagg House is expected to open its doors by early 2026, with local officials praising the initiative as a model for athlete-led community impact. The property will also serve as a center for mentorship, mental health services, and life skills development, helping residents build a path toward stability and independence.
