The Tennessee Titans have announced a bold $900 million modernization plan to transform Nissan Stadium into a state-of-the-art, fully enclosed facility. The proposed renovation will dramatically reshape the stadium’s design, replacing its current open-air structure with a fixed roof, making it a versatile year-round venue. One of the most striking features of the plan is the expansion of seating capacity from 69,000 to 100,000, placing it among the largest stadiums in the NFL and North America.
Team officials emphasize that the upgrade will enhance fan experience, offer improved sightlines, modern amenities, and increased opportunities to host major events such as Super Bowls, Final Fours, concerts, and conventions. The new design also incorporates sustainability elements, premium hospitality spaces, and cutting-edge technology throughout the venue.
