Jones, listed at 6’4″, has shown off a smooth all-around game. Over five Summer League contests, he averaged approximately 14.6–15 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per 20 minutes, shooting a blistering 54–55% from the field and 46–47% from deep . During his senior season at Iowa State, he was a first-team All-Big 12 honoree, netting 17.4 PPG, 4.2 RPG, 2.3 APG, and winning Big 12 Sixth Man of the Year .
