“When I first met Tony, I’ll be honest—I wasn’t sure about him. He wasn’t exactly my type. At that time, I was laser-focused on my racing career and personal goals, not thinking much about relationships. Tony, on the other hand, had this larger-than-life presence. He was confident, charismatic, and definitely had the kind of reputation that preceded him. But I wasn’t sure how to fit someone like that into my world—or if I even wanted to.

Over time, though, what really struck me was his depth. Beneath that bold exterior was someone incredibly passionate, supportive, and genuine. He didn’t just cheer from the sidelines—he understood the grind, the sacrifice, the intensity of racing, because he’d lived it too. Slowly, my guard came down. He didn’t try to change me; he encouraged me to be even more of who I was.

We connected through mutual respect and a shared love for competition, but what grew was something deeper—true partnership. Looking back, I’m so glad I took the time to see beyond first impressions. Tony may not have been what I expected, but he turned out to be exactly what I needed.”
