Typically, missing the drivers meeting or intros would result in a driver being required to start at the rear of the field. However, NASCAR has granted Larson a waiver, meaning that if he arrives late or misses either due to travel or weather delays from Indianapolis, he won’t be penalized with a rear start at Charlotte.
