JUST IN: Tony Stewart Breaks Silence on New Kevin Ward Jr. Lawsuit: “The Trauma Alone Is Killing Me”👇👇

In a deeply emotional statement, Tony Stewart has responded to a new lawsuit filed by the family of Kevin Ward Jr., nearly a decade after the tragic incident that rocked the racing world. “I’ve carried the weight of that night for years,” Stewart said. “I did everything I could to make peace with the family, to find closure—for them and for myself. But now, it’s like we’re back at the starting line, and the trauma alone is killing me.”

The incident, which occurred in 2014 during a sprint car race in New York, led to the death of 20-year-old Kevin Ward Jr. after he exited his car and was struck by Stewart’s vehicle. Although Stewart was cleared of criminal wrongdoing, the emotional toll has remained. “I’ve lived with this every single day,” Stewart continued. “I never wanted anything but healing—for everyone. To be pulled back into this pain is heartbreaking.”

Legal experts suggest the new suit may focus on civil liabilities, but Stewart emphasized, “This isn’t about courtrooms. This is about lives forever changed. I just hope someday we can all find peace.”
